Clover Hill Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 330g

Recipe: Just add egg, vegetable oil & water to make 6 muffins or 12 cupcakes
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 185°C/Fan 165°C/Gas Mark 4
- Line muffin tray with 6 muffin cases or 12 cupcake cases
- Empty the contents of the tub into the mixing bowl
- Add the egg, vegetable oil & water
- Mix for 2 mins until smooth
- Divide batter evenly between 6 muffin cases (85g each) or 12 cupcakes(45g each)
- Bake for 22-25 mins until risen and centre is springy to the touch
